Life, BEING and the Sea

within a sea of emotions cresting real
waves of pain, of joy beyond conceal
this day marked with tides gone by
a pause, a reflection, a deep deep sigh
confusion and dismay
be news brought our way
passions and longings to assail
a vision of resolve, and change we to hail
beyond the shadows cast our light be known
by the love and mercy our hearts have shown
there is a rhythm within Earth divine
and so too, of BEING, yours and mine
this ebb and flow, the constant there be
this of Life, BEING and the Sea
we hold to the call, the sea cresting within
and hushed be the discordant, this raucous din.

Live I

 Live I

live I with roots and wings
be they of visions
in purposes defined
in dreams yet dreamed
be I the anchor
be I the sail
a pause, a breath, a BEING.

and so... we sail

we greet the rising and setting SUN
the way of waters becomes known
the calm, the fury, the gentle
the thunderous cresting waves
the ebb and flow
and our glory, our blessed glory
resounds in the pulsing of our hearts.

You are the Eternal Universe - Alan Watts

Proclaim along with me ...

I AM the rising and setting sun
I AM the waxing and waning moon
I AM the ebb and flow of the tides
I AM the inhalation and the exhalation
I AM the giving and the receiving
I AM the challenge and the quest
I AM the light and the shadow
I AM the past and the NOW
I AM I, the Ascension Manifest
I AM blessed BE,  Birth Eternal.

Interface ~ BREATH...

In haiku reflection...

alchemic moment
gold be this ribbon of light

change and breath as one.

...and with each BREATH...
Bounty ~ Resolve ~ Eternal ~ Aspiration ~ Truth ~ Harmony

...the ebb, the flow, interface, the breath...

..and so it is... Wings In Flight

The vision of TRUTH in sounding light
Be this the spirit upon wings in flight

Such a deep accord I do feel
Times past and present to reveal
Color, line, form, all to convey
The beauty of breath, life's intention brought our way
The ebb and flow ever present they be
Within each heart, the ocean, the sea
The moving firmament and vistas afar
The light of the sun, the moon, each distant star
This BE the Muse in a beckoning call
This BE time, intention, purpose, the divinity of ALL
The vision of TRUTH in sounding light
Be this the spirit upon wings in flight.

Primal Rhythms

Primal rhythms
heard within the depths of me
The sound of cresting waves
breaking at sea
Flowing, cascading, cresting,
luxuriant waters divine
The feel, the sound, the ebb and flow,
blissful breath mine.

On the Shores of Mind

on the shores of mind

a twilight interlude
waves of thought gently cresting
serene streams of reverie
the ebb the flow
the past the present
one breath.

Sounding Waves

sounding waves cresting in my mind
thunderous be these waters and moving tides
winds echo the whispers of each yesterday
beckon they to this restless heart
call they to this questing soul
flow, crest, bathe these wounds of time past
within this breath of ebb and flow be it shown
the flow of life and spirit eternal known.

Rose Marie Raccioppi

a haiku reflection

winds winds winds of change
in bondage to mill and sail
toil and spirit's call.

Red Be This Passion

Haiku Triune

life in its splendor
the fullness of breath and heart
cresting ebb and flow.

red be this passion
lilting waves of pulsing light
chambers and vessels.

alchemy now known
golden hues of creation
mystical rapture.

Tide of Thought

music...winds...the chill of the day and...
this moment of breath
this moment be it known
this moment with passion perceived
this moment holding to the ebb and flow
this ever cresting tide of thought
reaching to shores of grace.

Past Present And Yet To Come

The wax and wane of the moon's light
The ebb and flow of the tide
The rising and setting sun
Past present and yet to come.

The question, the doubt, the resolve in heart
The laughter, the joy, the knowing wise
The task, the vision, the deed so done
Past present and yet to come.

This Cresting

Waters of the ocean, the sea
Know this cresting that be
Turbulent waves in thunderous cry
For all the loss, the tears gone by
Your changing tides high and low
To the moon beholden your ebb and flow.

Luxuriant Waters Divine

Primal rhythms
heard within the depths of me
The sound of cresting waves
breaking at sea
Babbling brook
a waterfall resounds
The feel of this heart
flow ever found
The sound of rain
drumming upon all to hear
Assuring be these gifts of water
banish loss and fear
Flowing, cascading, cresting,
luxuriant waters divine
The feel, the sound, the ebb and flow,
blissful breath mine.

Stormed

The ears deafened by the din of despair
The eyes blinded by the glare of illusion
The heart ravaged by the pain of betrayal
The soul hidden within the shattered self
Waves of destruction crest a sea of confusion
Life’s shores besieged by fear
Spirit summoned in the wake of the storm
Behold its calm resolve
The winds of change can now be heard
The distant shores now seen in the light of the rising sun
Rhythmic this heart with the cadence of the ocean tide
Undaunted now by the resounding ebb and flow
And the constant winds of change.
