Forget-Me-Nots

delicate blooms of a lambent sky
so too, the golden sun from on high
each in its own beckoning way
call to memories of a long gone day
markings with pen in a journal, echoes they be
of times and delight in the embrace of thee
forget-me-nots, be they blooms of memories sweet
a yesterday, a now, ever as one to greet
and so pages and blooms be they offerings to share
the embodiment of God’s blessings and care.

Crystals of Light

the cold and frosty air upon barren branch to see
ice crystals of brilliant light, a bouquet gifted from thee
such be the lens that captures blooms of nature's grace
with a reverence for beauty within heart's place
a photographer is he par extraordinaire
holding to the light with wondrous care.

...by the O N E

A stillness, a calm, the air chilled and awakening it be
Trees, branches, and bough, reaching to the light before me

Sky of lambent blue so brilliantly clear, supernal indeed
This celestial gift before me in benediction I to receive

A silence in this motionless moment of BEING  divine
Such be the savor of the morning light, this the gift of time

This season of winter to embrace my blessed abode
Each day, each moment, there be a story to be told

The All becomes known in each breath of SELF proclaimed
GLORY, GRACE, LIGHT, by the ONE so named.

Sunday it is... ONE

ONE

snow covered ground sparkles bright
from the warming sun and brilliant light
a chilled morning with skies of lambent blue
such be this gift of grace bestowed to you
feel the touch of time and countless days to come
know with faith and joy the blessings of the ONE.

... and so the Lily ...

… and so the Lily…

sweet be this budding bloom of white
petals delicate in the favor of light
chastity, virtue, purity,  be its calling claim
this a Lily,  blessed be its given name
a bloom from a bouquet, a gift received
this the bequest of beauty conceived
and with a sweet sigh I to behold
its allure and the ancient tales told
unfolding be its endearing gift of grace
such ambrosial splendor within soul I to place.

...in appreciation ... in acknowledgment ...

A Bouquet given to me...

Blooms of divinity of white to behold
The grace of light be its story told
Petals delicate with blessings beyond conceal
Beauty of favor in adornment magical and real
Blessed be lilies given with heart's love known
Herald the splendor of thoughtfulness shown.
