Life, BEING and the Sea

within a sea of emotions cresting real

waves of pain, of joy beyond conceal

this day marked with tides gone by

a pause, a reflection, a deep deep sigh

confusion and dismay

be news brought our way

passions and longings to assail

a vision of resolve, and change we to hail

beyond the shadows cast our light be known

by the love and mercy our hearts have shown

there is a rhythm within Earth divine

and so too, of BEING, yours and mine

this ebb and flow, the constant there be

this of Life, BEING and the Sea

we hold to the call, the sea cresting within

and hushed be the discordant, this raucous din.

the sea lies within

currents of change to prevail

breath, the ebb, the flow

thoughts in cresting play

cascade of mindful intent

breath, the ebb, the flow

waters of spirit

to quench the thirst of longing

breath, the ebb, the flow.

Sounding Waves

sounding waves cresting in my mind
thunderous be these waters and moving tides
winds echo the whispers of each yesterday
beckon they to this restless heart
call they to this questing soul
flow, crest, bathe these wounds of time past
within this breath of ebb and flow be it shown
the flow of life and spirit eternal known.

Haiku Triune

life in its splendor
the fullness of breath and heart
cresting ebb and flow.

red be this passion
lilting waves of pulsing light
chambers and vessels.

alchemy now known
golden hues of creation
mystical rapture.

Golden Light

this dance of spirit within my soul
resounding waves of light to behold
violet be heart's enchant and embracing tone
alchemic golden light within be known
alluring gestures of the divine
be these blossoms of my mind
in this cresting and flow I proclaim
the splendor of grace in God's name.

Luxuriant Waters Divine

Primal rhythms
heard within the depths of me
The sound of cresting waves
breaking at sea
Babbling brook
a waterfall resounds
The feel of this heart
flow ever found
The sound of rain
drumming upon all to hear
Assuring be these gifts of water
banish loss and fear
Flowing, cascading, cresting,
luxuriant waters divine
The feel, the sound, the ebb and flow,
blissful breath mine.
