Spoils of Spring

Libation ever sweet
The quiver of new grass below my feet
To Riverside Park, Dad and I did go
For the picking wild in sun’s warm glow
The scent of green, budding golden light
Yellow flowers, such an alchemic delight
Gathered many and held in hand with love
Mother Earth thanked as too, God above
Be these to be my very first bouquet
I with Dad gifted to Mom on Mother’s day.

A ROSE of White...

A ROSE of White

delicate beauty bears this ROSE of white
petals to hold the Creator's light
a symbol of purity, a symbol of love
spirit from earth and heavens above
a bloom, the grace of the divine
touched be the heart, yours, mine
be this a flower that comes to say
have a loving and blessed Mother's Day.

Ever with love,

Mother's Day...

Thank You Norma

The golden light in beauty does bloom
The splendor of roses to touch the room
The magenta ray in orchids divine
This gifted to me from Spirit Daughter mine
And so shared this day in loving grace
Feel the love within heart to place.

Happy Mother's Day in blessings ever so sweet,

Rose Marie

A Sunday in Tribute ~ And How A Mother Shows Her Care

And how a mother shows her care
She sees the loss, the pain but does not despair
With faith and the vision of her child set free
She revels in joy for all that be
Acceptance, gratitude, forgiveness to discern
Life’s lessons not always easily learned
With wisdom and knowing deep within her heart
Doubt, fear and sadness readily depart
A new path so shall she lay
For this and the awakening day.

Happy Mother's Day to All

...Mother's Day... A Gift

A gift of bloom for Mother's Day
With loving care white orchid's array
Petals like angel wings alight
Delicate in their regal splendor white
Such sentient majesty this grace of bloom
The light of stars and a cresting moon
Unfurl be your budding center divine
In florid embrace wings within sublime.

In Loving Celebration

Happy Mother's Day

In Loving Celebration
2009

In Reflection

There is purpose and plan
Within each heart of man
When life is given anew
The gift of time is bestowed upon you
Days to mark a quest, a desire
And known be life's passion, life's fire
Peace and love to embrace each day
And known be the Glory to God I pray.
