HE HAS RISEN

...Hear the call...

HE HAS RISEN

This BE in loving grace heard
And known was the TRUTH of HIS WORD
Peace, love and healing did HE bring
Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah, let us sing
With unerring FAITH within our hearts HE to live
And to this our ardent devotion shall we give.

Offerings of Grace

the warmth of light golden
the touch of petals delicate
the stillness of beauty serene
the embrace of Creation's love
this the silent splendor
offerings of grace our hearts to give
and in GLORY our LORD to live.

Full Moon ~ Aries Birth in Celebration

  • The March 2013 full moon will be out all night on March 26-27, shining in front of the constellation Virgo the Maiden. Virgo’s brightest star is called Spica, and you’ll see the moon even closer to Spica tomorrow night, March 27-28.

The moon turns precisely full on March 27 at 9:27 Universal Time (4:27 a.m. CDT in the central U.S.). In North America, that means the moon reaches the crest of full phase in the wee hours before sunrise on March 27. But no matter where you live worldwide, watch for the brilliant lamp of the full moon to light up the nighttime from dusk till dawn. Look for the moon low in the east at dusk – at its highest point in the sky around midnight – and low in the west before the sun comes up tomorrow. http://earthsky.org/tonight/march-full-moon-shines-in-front-of-virgo-on-march-26

  •  "For the Northern Hemisphere, this is the first full moon of springtime. We in this hemisphere call it the Pink Moon, to celebrate the return of certain wild flowers. Other names are Egg Moon, Sprouting Grass Moon, or Easter Moon. In most years, the Christian celebration of Easter falls on the first Sunday after the first full moon of the Northern Hemisphere spring. So tonight’s Easter Moon heralds the coming of Easter Sunday on March 31, 2013."

  • Moon

brilliant be the full moon light
an indigo melody fills the night
the depths of darkness graced they be
by the light that calls to hearts and sea
tides and souls in cresting splendor
to this majesty of grace I surrender.

Ardent Command

listen to the music of the night
daughter child of the MUSES
creation's plea heard within heart

this breath of life such blessings divine
and so my purpose beholds this gift of time
the hand with brush and pen in art and word
this the calling calling in PRESENCE heard
the song of the many winds shall you abide anew
threads of SPIRIT weave a cloak of grace onto you
expressions and marks,  the voice of the hand
unto CREATION be SPIRIT'S ardent command

listen to the music of the night
daughter child of the MUSES
creation's plea heard within heart.

Verdant Whispering ~ Haiku Reflections

peeking green to see
daffodils to come anew
verdant whispering.

quiver of the grass
robins now in soaring flight
verdant whispering.

twilight be the hour
such sweet calling of the light
verdant whispering.

this glory of green
nature's grace of spring to come
verdant whispering.

carried by the wind
the feeling of green a bloom
verdant whispering.

...a grace... a delight... In Quietude

gentle be the warmth of the sun
deep be the breath of resolve
a quietude, a pause, a knowing devine
take I to palette with brush and paint
the firmament lambent with love and light
in quietude, a grace, blessings of delight.

...this day in Celebration ~ International Woman's Day ~ On BEING a Woman... IWD.

Holding to the Wonder

Aware of the Omnipresent

Feeling the Marvel

Living the Aspiration

Fulfilling Need

Words to define what it is to be a woman
Come from the special meaning of who we are
With grace we receive and provide the ultimate giving
With love we nurture
With question we pursue
With pain we give birth and revel in its miracle
With persistence we provide
We are blessed to be
The receiver and giver of life.

She as ONE

She As ONE

Her wrist with beads and ribbon bright
Her hand with earth's bounty and warming light
Holds she the sands of biding time
Earth's treasure and she as ONE divine.

...time and... The Midnight Hour

An experience and so be the root of change in perception
A word shared and prompted is love and loss in reflection
Time and place enfold our body our mind
And so we reach for meaning valid and kind
Are we in our purpose and is satisfaction real
Or are we in pain that we choose to conceal
The hour past and present be a midnight call
By our own intention we to rise or fall
Time, place, vision, purpose, be they all told
Our story woven threads of days silver and gold
What credence do we give to time present and past
The sweep of clock hands and with pen our story cast
This moment, this very hour at hand
Be it known by devotion and a willing command
Our heart, our soul, with a knowing divine
To grace this gift of our granted time
The midnight hour be it ever embraced
A new day of light within our heart is placed.

We are ever at a mid point between the past PRESENT future... the day that was, the day that is and the day yet to arrive... we are ever in the midst of change and choice... we are the shapers of the meaning of our time... how we perceive our experience - how we plan - how accepting - how resistant... we are the breath of time... the inhalation, the exhalation, the receiving the giving... the stillness and the action, and so the midnight hour ever the offering of a day new, with all its light, all its offerings, all its potential, all its challenge...  Rose Marie Raccioppi
