Through the Kaleidoscope
bits and pieces
shards of glass and gems
tokens of treasure and time
tiny sea shells
stones and crystals
artifacts of earth, of sea
in reflection’s embrace they be
a kaleidoscopic wonder I to perceive
from light, matter and intention conceived
wondrous be each cycle of change
all in reflection and bearing its claim
each turn of the lens, each breath taken anew
the beauty of sacred geometry gifted onto you
when the eye calls to such sensibilities divine
an exaltation, an exaltation, of body, spirit and mind.
