...a question... wherein...

wherein lies the yearning
wherein hear I the calling
wherein be the Presence
'tis within the questing soul
'tis within light's enfold.

Quell Not

Quell not these passion aflame afire
The yearnings of this soul's desire
Know I this moment in living need
Creation and Being my heart to heed
Brush, paint, inner whispers heard
And cast upon paper Spirit's Word.

Passion

Passion
the pulsing
adventure
of soul of spirit
inspired by
omnipresent need
Passion
the very flame
that lights
the creative longing
the quest for purpose
the reach for knowing
Passion
the wakeful night
that looks to the stars
the moon
the rising sun
the promise of the new day
Passion
the touch of the sublime
the silent yearning
the one known
the beauty perceived
the moment present
Passion
what I dream
what I vision
what I feel as ME
what I know as SELF
what it is to BE.

Of Desire

Thought in a web spun of desire
The quest, the passion, life’s flaming threads and fire
Yielding this heart this yearning need
Guided by God’s Word and loving creed
And in the embrace of Creation’s call
The music, the art, the knowing, God’s gift to all.
