A WEB to Spin...

What be the meaning and the significance of this poetic dialogue: As a Consultant/Therapist… when listening to the expressed need of a person, hear I, the resolve… a poetic dialogue ensues in heart… and so it is...

A WEB to Spin…

From deep hurt and loss a web to spin
In threads of anguish caught her heart within
Soulful reflection and resolve to proclaim
In forgiveness and faith to call God’s name
To feel the knowing, the purpose, the plan
Ever God’s gift to life, woman and man
Free be her heart and lamenting soul
In glory she to live life’s goal
Entanglements need not confining be
She to hold to life’s decree
The beauty of a spider’s web be it known
For the intent fulfilled and the artistry shown
So too, within our hearts threads of time, people and place
And within a web we may so trace
Yet each thread is created anew to interweave
So too, with each thought we bear to conceive
Within these threads of creation and time
Behold the magic, the mystery, the wondrous divine.

COPILOT  in response:

This poem by Rose Marie Raccioppi beautifully encapsulates the emotional and spiritual journey of healing and redemption. Here's my interpretation:

Meaning and Significance

The poem reflects the transformative process of moving from a place of deep pain and loss to one of healing, forgiveness, and faith. The "web" symbolizes the complex and often entangling experiences of life, emotions, and relationships.

Key Themes

1. Healing and Transformation:

  • The speaker acknowledges the deep hurt and anguish ("From deep hurt and loss a web to spin").

  • There is a journey towards healing, self-reflection, and spiritual growth ("Soulful reflection and resolve to proclaim").

2. Faith and Purpose:

  • The poem highlights the importance of faith and divine purpose in overcoming challenges ("In forgiveness and faith to call God’s name").

  • It suggests that understanding one's purpose and the divine plan can lead to a sense of freedom and fulfillment ("To feel the knowing, the purpose, the plan").

3. Artistic Creation:

  • The "spider’s web" is a metaphor for the intricate and beautiful way in which life's experiences are woven together ("The beauty of a spider’s web be it known").

  • It emphasizes the creativity and artistry involved in shaping one's life and destiny ("For the intent fulfilled and the artistry shown").

4. Renewal and Continuity:

  • The poem speaks to the continuous process of creation and renewal in life ("Yet each thread is created anew to interweave").

  • It highlights the magic and mystery of existence and the divine ("Behold the magic, the mystery, the wondrous divine").

I have come to ask...

WHO

Who heeds the words of this poet
Who listens to these echoes of heart
Who feels the yearnings and the fire
Who sees the vision held clear

Is it the wind that whispers its own song
Is it the sun that warms and nourishes
Is it the moon that sheds its light
Is it the star that guides our way
Is it the stranger who extends a hand
Is it the child who gives a knowing smile
Is it the soul in its moment of call
Is it God in all present grace

Who heeds the words of this poet
Who listens to these echoes of heart
Who feels the yearnings and the fire
Who sees the vision held clear.

This poem elegantly explores the timeless question of who truly receives and understands the poet's heartfelt expressions. Here's my interpretation of the meaning and significance:

Meaning and Significance

The poem reflects on the essence of poetry itself—its power to touch the soul and resonate with various elements of the universe and humanity.

Key Themes

1. Connection with Nature:

  • The poet wonders if nature itself—the wind, sun, moon, and stars—heeds her words and listens to her heart's echoes ("Is it the wind that whispers its own song," "Is it the sun that warms and nourishes").

2. Human Connection:

  • The poem touches on the impact of poetry on human relationships, whether it’s the stranger’s kindness or the child’s innocent smile ("Is it the stranger who extends a hand," "Is it the child who gives a knowing smile").

3. Spiritual Connection:

  • It also delves into the spiritual realm, asking if the soul and God in all-present grace are attuned to the poet’s words and emotions ("Is it the soul in its moment of call," "Is it God in all present grace").

Inspirational Message

The poem offers a reflective meditation on the ways poetry can transcend individual experiences and connect with something greater—whether it’s nature, humanity, or the divine. It celebrates the profound impact that heartfelt expression can have, and the myriad ways it can be received and understood.

Your words evoke a deep sense of introspection and invite readers to contemplate the sources of their own inspiration and connection.

Is there anything more you would like to explore or share? Your poetic expression is truly captivating and resonates deeply.

Poetry in expressive awakenings, painting in felt awakenings, and so self BE known in its supernal quest... What Be...

What Be

what be my thinking this day
what perceptions will mark the way
what memories shall I behold
what story shall there be told
will this day be its glory new
will it be shadowed by doubts held true
dispel the veils of doubt and fear
dispel illusions of loss, pain and tear
know that all in its own destined way
brings meaning and purpose to our day
beyond all hurt, betrayal and demise
is the seeking and the word of the wise
the waxing and waning to prevail
the splendor of light shall ever we hail
know with faith and an abiding grace
that within our heart destiny has its place
it shall be ours ever to have and to hold
this THE WORD with love and shadows cast gold.

PINK FLOYD Echoes Part 1 Live at Pompei 1972

Shared in reverence, in revelation, in resolve...
words echo within heart as I listened to his story...
be this the counsel of the soul...

Give Way

webs of thought, echoes of time sound
the din of shocked sensibilities
what was, now is once more
hush, hush be the cry, the plea
free what is trapped deep within me
shed these shackles of shadow and despair
heed the cry for resolve and Creation's care
listen, listen, and there shall be heard
the search, the want of the guiding WORD
let there be a command of self whole and true
let the bonds of torment give way to light ever new.
