The PRESENCE of APRIL...

Here in the Month of April 2025, National Poetry Month, a pause, an awakening, words in presentation, sweet reflections they BE. What significance, what intentions do these words convey?

The PRESENCE of APRIL...

a breath deep,
trees and flowers,
in supernal bloom,
a rising,
faith,
reverence,
the frivolity,
the joy,
the interweave of spirit,
an awakened awareness,
we of claim,
of creation,
of care,
calling onto the sun to rise
and the sun to set
in its glory of light,
shadow,
and the constant of change.
