..and so it is… a September Day... Nature's Vow

mountain side fields of green there be
on river banks as waters flow to the ocean to the sea
from Spring to Winter be there ever seen
budding and seasoned leaves of green
green leaves now turning to an alchemic gold
the tales of Fall be the NOW of a story told
dew touched green greets the dawn
the harvest from nature's bounty drawn
in heights that soar a tree does stand
the splendor of green in sublime command
shades and hues now gold upon branch and bough
the grace of green, the grace of change, 'tis nature's vow.

... each leaf… "...something of the marvelous."

A leaf that I have had from seasons ago... pressed in a book, in honor of a beautiful Fall outing... its 'veins' reminding me of the life forces within each of us.

In all things of nature,
there is something of the marvelous.
~ Aristotle

... each leaf…

touches of color brilliant and bold
the glory of a season be it now told
veins of life in majestic flow
the heart of SELF the leaf does know
each leaf holds within its creation divine
the breath of life lovingly sublime
known be this eternal quest and fire
life in all its beauty and expressive desire.

This Saturday, a New York September Day

The light of a bright moon in the early hours of the day
The dawning and the rising sun, time itself at play
Leaves in captivating colors of crimson and gold
The season of Fall in glory its tale be now told
The chirping of birds, perched, and in soaring flight
Such be the blessings of this noon day light
A deep sigh and a loving peace be known anew
This our BEING, the grace of GOD in blessings onto you.

Dragonfly ~ A Request ~ A Fulfillment …

A Request ~ A Fulfillment …

I presented a request to Andrew Weitzer confident of its fulfillment. He is a Nature Photographer Extraordinaire. One can only marvel at his level of mastery. Andrew captures, the essence, the strength. the power, the beauty, the uniqueness, of his subjects, such that they become alive as we view them in their natural abodes.

These supernal photographs of Dragonflies,  have been gifted to me from one who was my 5th Grade Student, Class of 1963,  Public School 106, Bronx, New York.

YES, with JOY received.

Love it is,

Rose Marie Raccioppi

Dragonfly

Dragonfly upon your wings I yet fly
Taken to frog ponds, to vistas on high
Your mystery, abiding wonder, and grace
Withn the joy of heart found is your place
From time beyond my grasp, your presence known
The majesty of creation your embodiment shown
Many a wisdom tale to be heard
Echoes, Echoes, of the Creator's WORD.

Grace be known...

love I the moon, and stars at night
the depth of blue to the dawning light
in blessings known this day anew
behold the wondrous the sacred true
be ONE with self of trial and goal
praise be to GOD our blessed soul.

"THE VOID BEFORE THE BLESSINGS" ... this in expression...

 Indeed so...
"THE VOID BEFORE THE BLESSINGS"
 this in expression...

Wisdom of All

Oh how the mind conceives the thought
With restlessness your heart is wrought
For there is a just and kingly goal
Distant yet touching your crying soul
Be burdened not by task and deed
Lest you be lost to the greater creed
Inspired by self and the knowing within
Shall you pass the haunt, the doom of the din
Listen dear child to thy self sovereign and wise
Heed not to temptation, deception and lies
For it is the tear of joy that you shall weep
When the Promise you vow, you do keep
And when you reach and court the dream
With God's love stand thou supreme
Deception takes not your abiding soul
You have reached a kingly goal
As many may doubt and may berate
You shall prevail for love is thy fate
Guide the children, know their call
With God's tender love and wisdom of all.

The words, "Wisdom of All,"  are of GUIDANCE,  received in 1988 as I was preparing for the 'defense' of a teen who was not understood for his particular learning style and expressed artistry. It was indeed validating and assuring. It was a poem that was immediately held in memory and able to be recited without any further practice. It became the response of what IS ~ Inspired Spirit

And so I LISTEN and ALL BE Heard... be this the deliverance of: Love ~ I AM ~ Spirit ~ Truth ~ Exchange ~ Nourishment, onto self, onto others.

With blessings,

“Thought creates fields”

“Thought creates fields”

What be this nature of THOUGHT … be it as its name calls to the realms of each letter… be it of…
            Truth
                Harmony
                    Omnipresence
                        Unity
                            Grace
                                Heart
                                    Trust
Imagine the ‘field’ that is created from adherence to such calls. We to awaken to the calling petitions… to the fields of all possibilities… to where consciousness allows TRUTH to reign supreme.
across the fields of time and space
upon a path of light to trace
sky and earth and destiny be
the calling, the calling of Spirit's decree.

Gypsy Girl with a Basque Drum

the gypsy in her soul in gentle repose
the dance, the music in reflective grace
held be she by thought and creed
held be she by thought and creed.

Gypsy Girl With a Basque Drum, painting by William-Adolphe Bouguereau, 1867.

In ways yet to be understood I hold a deep connection to the way of the Gypsy. As a young girl, I would dress as a gypsy and dance with joy. I gave expression to what was not fully understood by my family... and so the identity with this beautiful painting of a TRUTH I lived.
