Midnight Melody... haiku reflection...

midnight melody

starlight serenade afar

beloved grace of light.

By the Winds

serenaded by the chimes that sing
chilled by the cold this night does bring
snow in mounds yet pure, untouched and white
swept by the winds in swirling flight
deep be the blue of the vast sky above
be these the gifts of the Creator's love
high in the deep of blue in vistas far
the brilliant light of a distant star
serenaded by the chimes that sing
chilled by the cold this night does bring.
