grass, underbrush, leaves hold to light of day

fresh and cool is the morning air

a sky of mirth, azure blue so fair

and I touched by the soft wind sweet

be it the unknown

be it the yet to be explored

be it the embrace of slumber

deep be its depths

mysterious be its offerings

be it shadows of beauty

be it the night complete

white be it illumination

be it revelation

be it truth known

be it the grace of stars

be it the light of moon

be it the day complete

black kindles white

white kindles black

and all IS

and all IS

and all Is ~ Inspired Spirit.

Embraced in the light of day

A loss I shall not bemoan
For within a lesson be shown
The night I shall not fear
For day is but moments near
If a moment in confusion's wake be
Faith ever present to embrace me
And so I with God's light and glory
See the love in each day's story.
