With The Night Rain

Each fallen leaf laden with the night rain
Their wind swept flight put to tame
A brimming blanket of leaves upon the ground
Quiet they lay, gone their rustling sound
Held still by the towering mighty oak tree
Red brown leaves on branch and bough high above me
Gentle Fall winds entreat each quivering leaf to fly
Alight their color array to sweep the now gray sky.

October Morning

a night of resounding rain

awakened by a thunderous quale
held in the embrace of the dark night
breaths measure the October morning to come
the flame and passion of Autumn's array
the brilliance within soul be this rising day.

Shadows Cast Gold

night thunder and torrential rain
warming winds do blow
the morning light now to rise
above the darkened clouds
shadows cast gold
alchemic grace I to behold.

rain... Waters and Fields

the night to reveal
what blessings hold ever real
waters and fields lush and green
here and in distances dark yet seen
nature's palette in abundance greet
where streams, rivers, sea and ocean meet
the welcomed rains and heard is nature's sigh
hallowed libation from heaven's sky
the night to reveal
what blessings hold ever real.

Three Days Of Rain...

in droplets holding the light of the sun now seen

sweet rain held by leaf, bloom, grass lush and green
such favors of Spring this day be known
grace of earth and the blessing of rain shown.

Womb A Flow

haiku reflections

upon rain drenched earth

rituals of Spring quiver
mother womb a flow.

After The Rain

after the rain
the sun
autumn leaves in gleeful flight
streams in mirthful flow
all in triumphant acclaim
all in glory in praise, His name.
