The STORM ~ here in Tappan, New York



As I cast my eyes above to the light
Be there the firmament, a veil of gossamer white
The south winds with haunting echoes be they heard
Lithe bamboo and branches sway to the calling word
Hushed and then resounding be these winds that call
The lament, the plea, to sing the light, blessed be ALL.
