In This Space of Time

In this space of time be it known

There are realms beyond what is shown

In this space of time need and visions to share

There are realms beyond all given care

In this space of time this moment present and each moment past

There are realms ever so near, ever so vast

In this space of time there is the SELF to be claimed

There are realms beyond those held and those so named

In this space of time haunts and echoes to be newly heard

There are realms of Presence and the Sacred Word

The sounding accord of harmonics within

Beyond the clamor, beyond the din

The accord of heart, soul and visions newly clear

This of Faith, of Love, of Presence, in banishment of fear.

upon the brown earth I stand 

the warmth of this day and I am entwined

the lambent sky of clear blue bears an embracing light

suspended in a timeless moment of BEING

weightless as in a dream

contained as in a womb

free be this flight of blessedness

free be this soaring

this soaring into the realms 

into the realms of BEING.

Descent No More

Under the shroud of sleep
Timeless moments
Inner realms dispelling limitation
All pervasive Being
Above Earth's plains
Beyond all mountains
In flight across the heavens
Held not by gravity
Within the burning light
That cannot be contained
The shroud of sleep lifted
And I awakened to time
A vibrant peace
An all sounding silence
Knowing
I shall descent no more
Into the lower realms
Of deceptive thought.

Explanation: Clouds of glowing gas mingle with dust lanes in the Trifid Nebula, a star forming region toward the constellation of Sagittarius.The Trifid, also known as M20, is only about 300,000 years old, making it among the youngest emission nebulae known. The nebula lies about 9,000 light years away and the part pictured here spans about 10 light years. This image was created with the 0.8-meter IAC80 telescope on the Canary Islands of Spain.
