This Old Chinese Kimono

This old Chinese kimono a gift of days long since past
With gentle comfort and light feel upon this body cast
Worn, torn and tattered in spots here, there and about
Discard me not I hear its many threads cry and shout
I welcome your body and the feel of its warmth and pride
I am ever ready to wrap you, though old, put me not aside.
