B E Y O N D

ridden with darkness and the wake of pain

the clutches of shadows and the inane

'tis not life that looms, bows and seeks to hide

but the illusions and hurts held deep inside

beyond all hurt, doubt and unabated fear

ever the hand of grace and GOD reaching near

beyond devastation and the din of despair

lies the answered call of light and faith's care

hold to a vision noble with unrelenting love

look to the vistas of beauty within and above

the call to truth, love, beauty and grace

be they within the chambers of soul to place.

Sound becomes Light ~ REMEMBER

 A sound, and so we remember, 

the  gentleness of a time past

A sound, and so we come to be 

of this moment, a memory cast

A sound, and within a pulsing, 

a beckoning be it felt, be it heard

A feeling, a memory, a vision known, 

all within the voiceless word

Notes, chords, of reflections, reverie,

 to invite our imagination divine 

Supernal sounding within becomes light,

 conceived be HIS, yours, and mine 

And we embrace what we feel, what we perceive, 

what calls within to be true 

In offerings of sound, your light, your love, your heart  

becomes known anew.

Beyond My Will

The moon shall wax and wane and so shall rise the sun

Beyond my will it shall be done

From many directions winds to ever blow

Beyond my will waves shall crest, the tides shall ebb and flow

Trees in constant change, new, growing, majestic, towering high

Beyond my will the brilliant splendor of light in a supernal sky.
