Rant and rage and angry frown
‘Tis the work of the devil’s crown
Placed upon your spirit well
It casts a deep dark ominous spell
Its gems faceted with delusion and despair
Sparkle with malevolent and deceptive care
The devil’s crown a foreboded reign
Its power dispelled in calling God’s name.
