a chill  
the body in its knowing,  
the spirit in its will.

Fires of SOUL

Awakened to the fires of soul  
The vision, the quest, the fulfilled goal  
The passion of SELF in this moment NOW  
The unfolding, the sounding, the expressive vow  
Within this pulsing heart of mine  
Feel I the blessed, the supernal divine  
A life onto me in union conceived  
In each breath of BEING a gift perceived  
And so this the eternal moment fire real  
The splendor of SELF aflame ne'er conceal  
And I in grace and gratitude sublime  
Savor the spirit, this SOUL, this SOUL mine.
