Join a daily celebration of poetry and the arts. This blog gives voice to the academics, the arts, creativity, expression and the pursuit of TRUTH. All art forms, all academic interests are timeless reflections and revelations of the human condition. Passion, poetry and the arts fuel the creative fires that move me to expression and deep gratitude. My published book of poems, THE WIND AND THE WILLOW is available at Barnes and Noble and online booksellers nationally and internationally.

What is it that you perceive it to be? ... so too this: "Tree of Life" ~ ever branching with imagination... a bough of strength, conviction, creativity, giving way to the calling winds and seasons of change...
such a fluid picture...honestly the first glance made me think of a stomach, smiles. your words are happy though so i imagine it fun to make...
Brian, this was posted onto FB as well - thought you would enjoy the variety of perceptions:
"The Thinking Man"
".....looks like a man on a motorcycle.....speeding to the right!"
"man on a motorcycle, leaving a wake of thought to be carried by the wind in reckless abandonment... FREE!!"
"I'm seeing a macaw's head, facing left. great movement and passionate colours"
Swirling, deepening, and opening to life! Beautiful, dear Rose Marie!
"A carousel of the mind.."
Well there you have it ... and another wrote in response to the ensued posted discussion: "Our eyes have seen the glory of the sharing of the art."
Big hug to you and yours. Thank You Brian for stopping by... my visits are so overdue!! :-)
