Bizet's Carmen

Sounding waves of elation and fire
A rapture, a questing desire
Seduction and passion's plea
Longing now and in reverie.

Zara your playing is the story of heart and its boundless odyssey. Each created sound spoke its words and called to the whispers and the taunts of the wind, each breath the ebb and flow of life's eternal search. As you played, I heard your music within many of my poems and felt my words newly embraced.

Absolutely beautiful. The emotion and plea of sensual desire. At first glance the picture's deep red motions, gave me the sense of satin sheets. The more I gazed at the picture and read the eruption of emotions I saw something other. I saw the motion of the strokes and the passion of the heart.

The performance of this piece of music stirred all sensibilities, bringing fulfillment to desire. The painting, "Rapture" evolved from this state of heightened emotion and the expressive need that persisted within those moments of solitude.

Thank you for knowing...
