A Prayerful Haiku

mighty mighty oak
towering regal and proud
though laden stand strong.

and so too...

This mighty oak of many a year and seasons past

A mark of enduring strength in its trunk be cast
And as its winter cloak in the warming sun be shed
May it in life and bloom by Spring be led.
