Behold

Red and yellow blooms and brush of white
Waters in shadow, waters in light
Resplendent green, Spring's story told
A vibrant stillness I to behold.

  2. Thank you Karen ...

Beauty and truth sound their claim
Reach I for word and a vision's name.

  3. "...Reach I for word and a vision's name."

    Western sky all ablaze
    Clouds creating a maze
    Through which with stealth
    Will sneak the stars.

    Tiny spheres settle in
    To prepare, and begin
    Themselves to twink.
    Light up bright, and sink
To rid the world of dark night.

Beautiful picture...is all that nature in your back yard? Sorry, I just had to try to picture poetically a recent change I witnessed from sunset, through dusk, into nightfall. Writing like that could be FUN!
