...and so the rain... Clouds in Strokes of Gray

rain for many a day
clouds in strokes of gray
the light in glimmers prevail
to the blessings of rain we hail
blessed be fields of green and grain
gardens in bounty in bloom to claim
flowers be fruit in abundant yield
gifts of Creation upon garden, farm and field
rain for many a day
clouds in strokes of gray
the light in glimmers prevail
to the blessings of rain we hail.

ROSEMARIE -oh how I love riany days and the gray skies - calm and restful and especially the nights rain which soothes me to sleep. I awoke last night and heard the rain - I cried as I pictured my precious Mom in the nursing home now, windows closed, and perhaps unable to hear the rain - a sound she so loved. That seems so unfair -something so simple, so free and she can't have it to soothe her nights - I am quite angry at God

Dearest Gail,

Knowing how much you love and care, I can appreciate the pain you must feel. Know that love and understanding are ever brought your way. My prayers be heard for your Mom. May your love bring joy and peace to each of her days.

In friendship,

Rose Marie
