Veiled Firmament

gentle enfold of twilight
the embracing moment of day's end
the oneness of light and the impending dark
veiled be this firmament
cloaked in the Presence.

Rosemarie-

it is there in the grays and sea foam frosted clouds that I feel the safest - in early dawn of Winter's day -
Love to you
Gail

Gail,

Dawn and Twilight are such magical moments. Each with its own special romance calling.

Much love,
Rose Marie

Twilight...a lovely time of day, as you say when the gold of day melts into the blackness of night!
Perhaps, perhaps one will be enraptured by a green flash!
I very much enjoy the images you create for many of your poems...Theanne

Theanne, It is indeed the dance of gold and blue that creates that 'green flash.' :-)
