This Oak's Loving Gifts

outside my window... in my garden...

Know I, this Oak's loving gifts
Towering life, strength and beauty
Rooted, reaching, branching free
Know I, its splendor and its grace
Many moons, many seasons past
The fresh green budding of Spring
The full rapturous bloom of Summer
And this season present
The glorious array of Fall
Leaves donned in shades of crimson
Take to wind's wondrous flight
Bare soon both bough and branch
To hold Winter winds, snow and light.

HI ROSEMARIE-

I love this picture and seeing what you see outside your window. That mighty oak is amazing. The gifts of it's strength and design and purpose are endless. The huge tree outside our bedroom window is so big now that its branches are reaching and almost touch the window. I love that closeness and I feel like we are in a tree house, like 'Swiss Family Robinson'. Safe andsecure.
Love you in Autumn and always
Gail

Dearest Gail,

A large branch that was over extended and a threat to the house needed to be cut back. The Oak was leaning because of the weight of this branch. There was concern that this could indeed be problematic with anticipated storms and high winds. The towering Oak was lovingly trimmed to assure its safety. I too, love its embrace and mighty Being.

Always with love on to you,
Rose Marie
