Echoes of Many Voices

Within this very moment
And seven scores past
Echoes of many voices
Upon pages in words cast
Hearts aquiver, souls in quest
Thoughts, perceptions, truth
Love, purpose, to hail our behest.

Longings, reflections, grace and gratitude
Within wisdom's heart be they ever mine
Words of thinkers, lovers, the moods of a day
And the touch of the known Divine.

"Words are things, and a small drop of ink
falling like dew upon a thought
produces that which makes
thousands, perhaps millions, think."

Lord Byron, 1788-1824

Thank You Dear Clare,

The booklet, "Finer Things of Life," is such a delightful collection of quotes. As you can gather from the photo, pages and leather cover, so very old and so very very fragile, yet holding words to endure.

And on to you- A Mother's Day in total celebration...

...and here a quote from this little treasure...

"God has sunk souls in dust that they may thereby burst their way through errors to truth, and through faults to virtue, and through sufferings to bliss." Engel

...so dear Clare, Bliss, Bliss, Bliss it be!!!
