So Much March

So much March this spirit mine

The calling roar of wild winds
The bite of cold and frost
The gentle calm and warming sun

So much March this spirit mine

The wet driving falling rain
The delicate mist of the new morning
The birth of Spring

The peeking green of daffodils
The promise of bloom yet to be
Winds of ever present change

So much March this spirit mine.

Trees, peeking green of daffodils, new grass, all fully showered by the thunderous downpour of rain and strong winds cast through the night and into the early morning hours.. at this moment the fury of March is at rest.

HI ROSEMARIE-

Happy birth month to you - it is my son's birth month as well - the 21st. :-)
March is ominous - mysterious-powerful-ever changing- glorious in its promise of new life - you are well matched with your birth month.

Love Gail
peace.....

p.s. I am healing from an inflamed saccorilliac/hip joint - it just came on and is very frustrating because I never know when it will "grab". OUCH!! I am not on the computer too much for now.

Dearest Gail, May this find you well. Your son's birthday is one week before mine, mine is the 28th. Do wish him a Happy Birthday - we Aries born are to cheer one another. We are not always understood.
Much love and healing to you dear friend.

Hugs,
Rose Marie

Tamarind,

Your smile is felt, your light be known
In the words you express, in the sentiment shown.

Thank you my fellow poet!
