Another

The tear of another, I too shed
From darkness I call to be led
The shadows of despair and dismay
With FAITH be gone this very day
With a GRACE gifted new and divine
Embrace I this moment NOW mine
And to another I with heart to give
My WILL of life to love and live
'Tis only what I in heart command
Be known to another as a helping hand
FAITH, GRACE, WILL and the NOW known
Light bearing SELF be ever shown.

Powerful, compassionate and fitting words for the plight of our brothers and sisters in Haiti.

Bonnie, Thank you. A friend so wrote: "...the new year is filled with angst and despair for those less fortunate and suffering from all kinds of horrible conditions." I understood his feelings, yet thought we are commissioned to be more than overwhelmed - and so the empathy in pursuit of strength. Thank you for knowing dearest Bonnie.

Hi RoseMarie-

I can only hope and pray I can be all that this powerful image and your words mean for my Sister - she is broken.

Love you

Gail, Do give a call. Although we cannot "fix" another - we can offer "tools" that will allow Body-Mind-Spirit to replenish. Yesterday when giving a workshop presentation, I used 'the helping hand' metaphor. Each finger its own domain, its own physicality, its own innervation, its own function, its own potential, its own limitation, its own consciousness. If this interests you, I would be pleased to discuss it with you and how it may apply to your Sister. The concepts presented were very well received. Each finger is a 'call to action' both physically and spiritually.

Love and blessings,

Rose Marie

This poem lightens my sad heart at this time. A dear friend just lost her beautiful 3 year old grand-daughter. My heart has been so sad, and I cannot wrap my mind around this nor make sense of it, a little life taken so suddenly, so seemingly meaningless. Oh sometimes faith is a hard thing.

Dear Lynn, Yes, with such a loss, question fills one's heart. My deepest sympathy.

Much love, Rose Marie
