In His Hand

In his hand
A pencil he to hold
Lines, shadows, delicate
Purposeful and bold
Portrays he grace
A beauty sublime
And gifted we be
By artistry divine.

We have been gifted, indeed, by the artistry of Leonardo. Imagine how much poorer our lives would be if he had never lived. His was a gift; he was a gift. Thank you for this beautiful reminder.

Rose Mare: "gifted we be" indeed. Karen has already said what I wanted to say.
