Bubbles

Such wonder above me
Breath, pipe and soap, magical be
Bubbles with sparkling rainbow light
Rising, rising, take they to flight
A moment by and poof bubble no more
Fret not, another breath will bring a score.

Rose Marie:

Love the whimsy and humor in this poem. Bubbles entrance children, and still the occasional adult, like me. Reminds me I took some pictures this summer of my grandchildren blowing bubbles and of some of the bubbles floating up to the sky. I'll have to look at them again. Thank you.

Good morning Rose Marie
Your poem is so light-hearted and has such a whimsical feel to it!
I loved it!
When my children were young they so loved blowing bubbles, and your poem takes me back to those happy and carefree days!
Such good memories!

Your poem put a sweet smile upon my face this early morning, thank you for the smile!

Hi Rose Marie-

Bubbles are for all ages. :-) At my work when I facilitate a therapy group outside I often bring bubbles and the group just takes on a light hearted magical feel and direction.- much like your poem this day. You capture every wonder.

Bonnie, We will have to plan on declaring a joint "Bubble to Your Delight" blog day!

Margie, Well here we have it: "A bubble a day, to keep the frowns away." Now already there is a smile!!

Gail, "Bubble, bubble, bubble, let us get past every trouble." What fun to create!

Hi Rose,
What a happy poem! Blowing bubbles is a child's delight. I love the look of wonder on the little boy face as he grazes up and watches his bubbles float up to sky. So,delightful!

You know this summer on vacation I spent an afternoon on the beach with my little nieces and nephews, we laid on the sand and watched the clouds giving names to all of them then we spent an hour blowing bubbles, I am sure I had more fun than the children....a fun day and your post reminded me of a wonderful memory. Thank you.....:-) Hugs
